Terms of Service
These terms apply to the ForeverSpring India site, care-professional applications, family-care requests and recruiter applications. Actual employment, placement or care services require separate checks, applicable permissions and agreements.
1. Using this site
Use the site in accordance with these terms and the privacy policy. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. Age and accurate information
Account holders and professional applicants must be at least 18 and able to give valid consent. Provide accurate, up-to-date information. You must have the appropriate authority to share information about a child, dependent or other person.
3. Account security
Keep passwords private, do not share account access and report suspected unauthorised use. Access to private applicant and family information depends on assigned roles and approval, not simply on having an account.
4. Applications and service availability
Applicant, family and recruiter requests follow separate review processes. Registration does not guarantee work, pay, placement, a visa, travel or any destination. The availability of care depends on location, needs, verified service capacity and applicable requirements.
5. Overseas employment and recruitment
A ForeverSpring account is not registration as an overseas recruiting agent. Before any overseas recruitment or placement, the parties must verify current MEA/eMigrate requirements, the authorised route, employer and contract, the appropriate work visa and emigration clearance where required. Domestic and care work may be subject to additional conditions. Do not collect candidate fees or passports or promise jobs, visas or departures without the necessary legal authority and written approval.
6. Limits of care services
Childcare, elder care and other family-support needs are reviewed against skills, location and applicable rules. A caregiver is not automatically a nurse or licensed medical professional. This site is not an emergency medical service.
7. Prohibited conduct
Do not submit false information, harass others, use another person’s data without authority, upload harmful files, access unauthorised records or try to bypass security. Access may be restricted where appropriate.
8. Content and branding
Site text, imagery and branding are used under ownership or permission. Do not republish without the necessary rights. Promotional imagery is not evidence of a particular employee, client, vacancy or actual placement.
9. Availability and responsibility
Continuous site availability and particular outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude mandatory consumer or other legal rights.

Before pursuing overseas employment from India, check current MEA/eMigrate guidance, the authorised recruitment route, the employer, written contract, appropriate work visa and any required emigration clearance. Additional conditions may apply to domestic or care work. This application does not guarantee a foreign job, destination, visa or departure date.
