Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information may be requested on the ForeverSpring India site, why it is used and how to contact us about privacy. Do not post unnecessary sensitive details or documents on public pages or send them by ordinary email.
1. Information that may be requested
Forms may request identity and contact details, location, experience, qualifications, languages, availability and family-care needs. The private detailed stage may request a resume/CV, references, verification records and relevant dependent information. Supply only what is necessary for the stated purpose.
2. How information is used
Information is used to review applications or requests, operate accounts, communicate, carry out necessary verification, protect the service and fulfil applicable obligations. Private applicant, family and recruiter details are not a public directory.
3. Private access and security
Resumes/CVs, detailed professional records and dependent photos are not displayed as public profiles. Access is limited by role and approval. Applying as a recruiter does not itself grant access to private candidate or family records.
4. Service providers and sharing
Hosting, storage, communication and verification providers may process information needed for their work. Any sharing for review or a possible placement must follow its purpose, required consent or other lawful basis, appropriate contracts and applicable privacy rules. Overseas processing also requires assessment of applicable safeguards and restrictions. Personal information is not sold.
5. Browser storage and verification
Browser storage may be used for sessions and settings. Google reCAPTCHA may process device and usage information under its own policies. Blocking essential functionality can affect sign-in and form submission.
6. Retention and your requests
Information should be retained only as long as needed for its purpose and legitimate retention obligations. Contact us to ask about its use, request correction or seek deletion where applicable. Identity checks and legal retention obligations may affect how a request is handled.
7. India privacy framework
Applicable Indian privacy and data-protection requirements must be considered, including provisions of the Information Technology framework and the Digital Personal Data Protection framework as they come into force. The latter has phased commencement; this policy does not represent every provision as already effective or claim legal certification. Questions about your information, consent or a grievance can be raised through the contact below.
8. Children and other dependents
Professional accounts are for adults. Share a child’s or dependent’s information only when necessary and when you have the appropriate parental, guardian or other legal authority. A travel request does not itself establish custody rights or permission for a dependent to relocate.
9. Contact
For privacy questions or grievances, contact info@foreverspringagency.com with limited information needed to explain your request. Do not include passwords, full Aadhaar or passport numbers, or sensitive attachments in your initial email.
