This is an independent-contractor role with no guaranteed salary. Any compensation depends on an approved written agreement, results and applicable requirements.
Agency account approval is not registration as an overseas recruiting agent or permission to send workers abroad. Do not collect candidate fees or passports, promise jobs or visas, or make overseas-placement commitments without the applicable legal authority and explicit written agency approval.
