Nannies and caregivers for your family's everyday needs
Looking for care work, support for your family, or a role connecting qualified caregivers with opportunities? Choose the path that fits your needs and understand what happens next.
Three needs. Three separate paths.
Care-professional applications, family-care requests and recruiter applications are reviewed separately. Choose the right starting point for you.
I want to apply for care work
Tell us about your childcare, elder-care or other caregiving experience, training, languages and availability. Your initial application starts a review; it is not a job offer.
Our family needs care support
Tell us what care is needed, where and from when. We will review your request and explain what support may be available in that location and what the next steps involve.
Nanny & Family Care Recruiter
Help identify qualified nannies and care professionals through responsible outreach, accurate explanations and organised follow-up for agency review. This is an independent-contractor role with no guaranteed salary. Any compensation depends on an approved written agreement, results and applicable requirements.
Choose your path
Apply as a nanny or care professional, send a family-care request, or explore the recruiter role. You do not need to complete all three forms.
Share only what is needed
Start with basic details. If a resume/CV, verification documents, dependent photos or other sensitive information is requested, use the private signed-in stage rather than ordinary email.
Review before the next step
The team reviews experience, care needs, location and available services before explaining the next step. Submitting a form does not guarantee employment or a placement.
An application is not an offer
Registration does not guarantee a job, salary, placement, visa or travel date. Any actual opportunity requires separate eligibility checks, verified availability and written terms.
Overseas work needs its own checks
Before pursuing work abroad from India, verify the recruiting agent or permitted recruitment route, employer, contract, visa and any required emigration clearance through official channels. Domestic and care work may have additional conditions. A website account does not replace these checks.
Caregiving is not automatically nursing
Childcare, everyday support for older people and regulated clinical or nursing work are different services. Medical tasks require the appropriate qualifications and permissions; a caregiver title alone does not establish them.
A clear starting point for caregivers and families
This India experience focuses on ForeverSpring Nanny Agency (FsNA): applications from nannies and care professionals, family-care requests, and Nanny & Family Care Recruiter applications. We distinguish childcare, elder care and other everyday support needs rather than treating every role as the same job. Hindi and English are the two website languages currently available for India. This is not a claim that everyone in India speaks either language, that other language support is available, or that a role exists in every location. This site does not advertise surrogacy or Intended Parent / Surrogate Mother recruitment in India.
Before pursuing overseas employment from India, check current MEA/eMigrate guidance, the authorised recruitment route, the employer, written contract, appropriate work visa and any required emigration clearance. Additional conditions may apply to domestic or care work. This application does not guarantee a foreign job, destination, visa or departure date.
